Head – Dr Prashant Kumar

Samashti is the student council of Study Hall College, a democratic, student-centric, and student-driven college. It is a group of elected and volunteering students working together to represent their peers and improve their college community.

Typically, the council includes positions such as Student Secretary, Student Joint Secretary, Student Additional Joint Secretary, and Student Incharges (from each batch).

All these positions are filled by student votes and an interview by a faculty panel.

The student council works under the Samashti Head (Faculty). Its responsibilities often include organizing events, addressing student concerns, promoting college spirit, and fostering a positive college environment.

By participating in student council, students develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills while having an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their college.
