Cultural Club
A cultural club is a group that promotes and celebrates a particular culture or various cultures through activities, events, and discussions. This club focuses on a range of cultural aspects, including art, music, dance, language, food, traditions, and history. Here are some glimpses of cultural events regularly observed at SHC:
- Freshers (Agat) - welcoming new students
- Farewell (hasta la Vista) - farewell to final year Students
- Dandiya Utsav - celebrating the festival season
- Dance and Song Competition - celebrating dance day
- Hunar Mela - an initiative to bring out students’ hidden talents
- Cultural Fest - organizing various cultural events
- Cooking Without Heat - celebrating Nutrition Week
- Fine Arts Competition - Mehandi, Pot Decoration, Art & Painting, Face Painting, Sculpture, Rangoli, and so on.
- Soft Board Competition - decorating classrooms with different themes
- Community Service - winter clothes distribution to the needy and other community activities for social welfare
- Celebration of different festivals and prominent days - by organizing workshops, quiz competitions, and so on.
