|FACULTY ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES|
(AN EXCERPT FROM Dr. RHIZU KRISHNA’S PRESENTATION SHOWN ABOVE)
Fully appreciating the significance of work-family enrichment, faculty job satisfaction as also the moderating effect of human resource flexibility, the faculty at the College has been having informal/formal brain storming sessions on a vast spectrum of relevant topics for Self-Enrichment.
Today on the 26th May 2018, Dr. Rhizu Krishna made a delightful, 20 minutes presentation about the case study of Dixie Cups relating it to the Piggyback Marketing Concept. She talked about the arduous journey strewn with repeated failures of the efforts made by Hugh Moore & Lawrenie Luellan at replacing the public cups at rail/road junctions with individual drinking cups and how eventually could they succeed by using the Piggyback Marketing Concept by selling ice cream in the cups. The presentation was highly informative and thought provoking and was aptly followed by questions & comments by Himanshu Sir, Arvind Sir and also Yogesh Sir(not seen in video as he was handling the shoot)
